Outdoor Kitchens in Wellington, CO
Brooks Landscape has been designing and installing outdoor kitchens for homeowners in Wellington since 2006. Wellington's growth over the past decade has brought a new wave of homeowners to Northern Larimer County who want outdoor spaces that match their homes and their lifestyle. Our crews know Larimer County's soil conditions, drainage patterns, and local permit requirements — and we build every project to last through Northern Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles.

How We Work
An outdoor kitchen is one of the highest-use features you can add to a Northern Colorado property—and one of the most complex to build well. Material selection, appliance integration, weatherproofing, and structural support all need to be right for the kitchen to hold up through years of Colorado UV, temperature swings, and freeze-thaw cycles.
Brooks Landscape designs and builds outdoor kitchens in-house from foundation through countertop. We don't subcontract the structural work. That means one team knows the entire build and one point of contact for the finished product.
We work with premium appliance brands including Lynx, Coyote, Blaze, and Bull for grills and components, and we build the surrounding structure in concrete block with stone veneer, stucco, or other finishes to match your home's architecture. Counter surfaces are selected for outdoor durability—not the same materials you'd use inside.
Overhead structure integration—pergolas, shade covers, and patio roof connections—is part of the design process. We coordinate all of it so the finished kitchen fits the outdoor space as a whole.
Local Water & Permit Context
Wellington is served by the North Weld County Water District and Wellington's municipal water system. The growing community has seen increased summer demand—we design water-efficient systems that stay within service capacity while still giving your landscape what it needs.
Wellington building permits for decks, pergolas, and structural hardscape work are processed through Larimer County Building Permit Services or the Town of Wellington, depending on your parcel's jurisdiction. We confirm and manage that process for you.
