Patio Installation in Windsor, CO
Brooks Landscape has been designing and installing patio installation for homeowners in Windsor since 2006. Windsor has grown faster than almost any other community in Northern Colorado, and Brooks Landscape has grown with it. Our crews know Larimer & Weld County's soil conditions, drainage patterns, and local permit requirements — and we build every project to last through Northern Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles.

How We Work
A patio is only as good as what's under it. Northern Colorado's freeze-thaw cycling—sometimes 50+ freeze cycles per winter—destroys improperly based hardscape within a few years. The base preparation is where a professional installation separates from a short-lived one.
Brooks Landscape builds every patio on a properly compacted crushed stone base with appropriate depth for our climate conditions. We use commercial-grade compaction equipment and install edge restraints that keep pavers in place as the ground moves seasonally. Every patio is graded for drainage away from the structure before the first paver goes down.
We work with Belgard pavers and wall systems for many of our installations—a product line with proven durability and a wide selection of styles from traditional to contemporary. We also work with natural flagstone for a more organic aesthetic and poured concrete for specific applications.
Pathways and edge details are part of the design process, not an afterthought. The transition between your patio, lawn, and planting beds is part of the composition—we design it intentionally.
Local Water & Permit Context
Windsor is served by both the Town of Windsor Water and Sewer Department and East Larimer County Water District depending on location. We confirm your service district before finalizing irrigation design so the system is sized and zoned correctly for your actual water supply.
Windsor requires permits for structural hardscape work including retaining walls, decks, and pergolas. The Town of Windsor Building Department processes residential permits and we coordinate that process on your behalf for any work that triggers a permit requirement.
